Welcome to the Organization of Liberians in Minnesota (OLM). We hope your visit to our web site will be informative and enlightening.

The OLM’s mission is to serve the interests of nearly 25,000 Liberian immigrants in the state of Minnesota by providing a sense of community and serving as a bridge to the larger society to enable personal and community development.

We appreciate the support of our members and our external partners and trust that together, we will redouble our efforts to serve humanity. In the coming months, we look forward to positive changes in the structure and scope of the OLM. While those changes will bring their own challenges, we are motivated by the knowledge that our community and our external partners eagerly embrace a new direction for the OLM. We however, will remain true to our founding mission.

It is my desire that the organization will play a more meaningful role in the empowerment of Liberians in Minnesota and be an agent of socio-economic development in our state. Each and every member of our community is important in this endeavor. I hope that you will find the time to volunteer for one of our community service programs and encourage others to do the same. I also hope that you will feel free to use this web site and other means of communication to send your comments and suggestions on how we can improve the OLM.
